How to Play Songs in Music App on Mac

The majority of us are aware that Apple is splitting up iTunes into three separate pieces. If you frequently used iTunes, then it will not take much time for you to learn using the Music application. The application works similar to iTunes.

Playing songs in the Music application for Mac
1. Firstly, launch Music from your Dock or Apps folder.
2. Then, tap on the play switch, which gets displayed whenever you move your mouse cursor over the album.
3. After that, tap the album or else playlist if you only wish to play specific songs.
4.  Next, tap on the play switch, which gets displayed on the music’s album art or track number whenever you put your cursor over it.
Using Apple Music in Music app on Mac
1. Firstly, go to Music from the Dock or Application folder.
2. Then, press on ‘For you.’ It will be located in the sidebar. 
3. After that, press on Browse in the sidebar for browsing through famous artists, latest song, Apple’s playlist, Apple Music’s library.
4. Next, press Radio for viewing and playing Beats 1 radio shows.
5. After that, press on ‘Featured.’ It will be given in the Radio part for viewing Apple’s highlighted Beats 1 streams, featured radio stations, as well as latest played radio item.
6. Then, press on Beats 1 in the Radio part for playing Beats 1 item.
7. After that, press Stations. It will be given in the Radio part.
8. Next, press + key to the music, album, and playlist in Apple Music for including it to the library.
Importing song in the Music application on Mac
1. Firstly, launch Music from your Dock or Applications folder.
2. Then, press on File.
3. After that, tap on Import.
4. Next, select the file or folder which you wish to import.
5. Then, press on Open.
Getting the song alongside album details in Music app on Mac
1. Firstly, go to Music from the Dock or Applications folder.
2. Then, right-click on the song or album.
3. After that, tap on ‘Get Info.’
4. Next, click on Edit Items if you wish to edit more than a single song. 
5. Then, Edit data under the ‘Details,’ ‘Artwork,’ ‘Lyrics,’ ‘Options,’ ‘Sorting’, or ‘File’.
6. Lastly, press on OK whenever you are finished with your editing.
